The “Twin Series”

MODERN - ABV 7.0% - Dry or Semi-Sweet

L.E. Sweet and D.J. Dry are two sides of the same coin. One sweet and one dry. These two ciders are named after our cidermaker’s grandfathers and inspired by their once upon a time feud. We commemorate these men and the heritage of orcharding they left to us.

Blend: Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Porter’s Perfection Apples

D.J. Dry Tasting Notes: Light to Medium bodied, crisp apple with a dry finish.

L.E. Sweet Tasting Notes: Medium bodied, tasting like a ripe red delicious apple with a crisp finish.  

MODERN - ABV 6.2% - Sweet

Blend: Snowdrift Crab, Red & Golden Delicious, Rave, and Pink Lady® Apples

Tasting Notes: This cider is very sessionable, light bodied and reminiscent of an apple champagne with notes of apricot and candied apples.

About: This Cider is an ode to the beautiful place we call home, Wenatchee "Apple Capital of the World". It is here where our story began and where we are farming and fermenting these apples today.

HOPPED - ABV 8.0% - Semi-Dry

Blend: Porter’s Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Red & Golden Delicious Apples

Hops: Cascade, Nugget

Tasting Notes: Fruity on the nose with earthy notes and a bitter sweet finish.

About: From the towering peaks and the raging rivers to the forgotten trails or wherever your feet take you our cider makers have carefully combined regionally grown apples and hops to capture the flavor of the PNW, the place we call home.

HOPPED - ABV ?% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: Pink Lady®, MN55 (Honeycrisp + MonArk), Dabinett, Snowdrift Crabapple

Hops: Galina and Liberty

Notes: The first sip is as mentioned before juicy, like a fruit roll up but less fake. Then the tropical and slightly piny hops show themselves. In the finish you find salt and citrus zest rounding out the profile, urging you to take your next drink.

About: The addition of Coriander and Salt approximate the essence of a Gose-style beer. The slight brine leaves you craving more. Get yours before they are gone!

HOPPED - ABV 7.8% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: Muscadet de Lens, MN55 (Honeycrisp + MonArk) and Snowdrift Crabapples

Hops: Mosaic and Liberty

Tasting Notes: Citrus forward and medium bodied with aromas of tropical fruit and a slightly bitter finish. Our tag line for this one is “If you like IPAs, then this is your cider. If you don’t like IPAs then this is still your cider!”

About: We add hops, heating the hops to extract as much flavor as possible and dry hopping to balance the bitterness.

ROSÉ - ABV 7.5% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: “Red Heart” (Red Flesh 26-05), Pink Lady®, Dabinett Apples

Tasting Notes: Medium bodied with bright notes of red raspberry, rhubarb and a tart grapefruit finish.

About: This is our flagship cider that we dreamed up before union hill was even created. A classic that never get’s old.

Awards: Silver Winner 2020 Cidercraft Awards and Platinum Winner 2021 Best of the NW with SIP Magazine.

HERATIGE - ABV 7.0% - Dry

Blend: A union of nine apples and three orchards.

Tasting Notes: Notes of ripe green apple and lemon are abundant at the start, fading to a dry finish. 

About: Each year we produce a “Field Blend” that contains a mix of many of the apples we grow to make a wild and beautiful complex cider.

BARREL AGED - ABV 7.4% - Off-Dry

Blend: Porter’s Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Pink Lady®

Notes: Oak on the nose with notes of vanilla and toasted apple with a buttery finish.

About: Aged in used red wine oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months. Each batch will vary slightly which makes each run unique but familiar with the hint of oak and red wine that you get from the aging process.

BARREL AGED - ABV 8.5% - Off-Dry

Blend: Porter’s Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Pink Lady Apples aged in Woodinville Whiskey Barrels.

Notes: Whiskey oak on the nose, full bodied with a full buttery warm mouthfeel, and a dry clean finish.

About: We take our Barrel Aged cider, that we’ve aged for 8+ months in red wine barrels and then transfer for an additional 4+ months into Woodinville whiskey barrels, picking up what is called the “devil’s cut” for a wonderfully balanced whiskey cider.

BARREL AGED - ABV 8.5% - Off-Dry

Blend: Porter's Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Pink Lady®

Notes: This blend is bold and spicy with a full body. Let it roll around in your mouth to get all that this blend can offer.

About: Aged in Port/Bourbon barrels. A complex cider with deep roots that would make any Kentucky bourbon lover a new cider enthusiast. It will be a favorite to all bourbon aficionados and a surprise to those who would never pick a bourbon.”

SV - ABV 8.0% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: 100% “Red Heart“ (Red Flesh 26-05) Apples

Tasting Notes: Decadent and beautifully colored with notes of Strawberry and rhubarb. Tart and refreshing. Reminiscent of watermelon jolly ranchers.

About: This is our prized cider making apple with the most beautiful coloring that just intensifies in this dry and hot summer climate of our valley. Red all the way through with such a bold flavor.

SV - ABV 8.0% - Off-Dry

Blend: 100% Porter’s Perfection

Tasting Notes: A fresh pour brings notes of a crisp forest dawn, Green apple and a hint of pineapple that evolves as the temperature rises to baked apple.  Flavors are fruity and fresh and simultaneously tart and tannic with a slightly mineral, dry finish.

About: Our single varietal Porter’s Perfection is only sweetened with 100% unfermented Porter's Perfection juice creating a bold true single varietal product.

SEASONAL - ABV 7.5% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: WA-38 (cosmic) and “Red Heart” (Red Flesh 26-05) Apples

Tasting Notes: A familiar cider with a seasonal twist. We have taken a favorite and added a dash of Christmas sparkle! This 50/50 blend of Cosmic and Red Fleshed apples is sweet, tart and crisp, filled with notes of berries and Good Cheer!

About: You may ask yourself why we decided to put sparkles in a already great blend of cider.. For Fun of course! And it may have something to with a woman who this is dedicated to. Someone we all know and love, who's life is the essence of sparkles. She is kind, giving, caring, hardworking, and as a co-owner also manages our tasting room and cider club. This one is for you Shane!

MODERN - ABV 7.5% - Semi-Sweet

Blend: Cosmic and “Red Heart” (Red Flesh26-05) Apples blended with fresh juiced Jalapeños, Habaneros, and Ginger.

Tasting Notes: Pepper on the nose with a first sip being as exciting as you’d expect. Spicey and flavorful to start with a ginger and sweet apple finish.

About: It is back by popular demand but only here for a limited time. Definitely on the hotter side you can also blend this cider well with our Cosmic Rose to find the perfect balance of spice.
