We have 20 taps! Of that total we have 16 ciders all handcrafted with apples from our family orchards, 3 seasonal local beers, and 2 non-alcoholic selections (usually root beer and kombucha).

Our current cider offerings are a rotation of the list below:


Pinkheart: Rosé: ABV: 7.5 %                                                                              

Our Flagship Cider, A Union of Red Fleshed and Pink Lady apples with Dabinett to round out the blend. This pink hued cider is a novelty cider as it presents as a natural rosé because of the red flesh apples we use. Medium bodied with bright notes of red raspberry, rhubarb and a tart grapefruit finish.*Pinkheart was Platinum Winner of the 2021 Best of the NW with SIP Magazine

Field Blend 2021: Traditional - ABV: 7.0%

A union of nine apples and three orchards.  Ripe Granny Smith shines through in this year’s blend.  Notes of green apple and lemon are abundant at the start, fading to a dry finish.  We think it is better than apple pie.

Hopped & Hazy: Hopped - ABV: 7.8 %                                                                         

A Union of Muscadet de Lens, MN55 (Honeycrisp + MonArk) and Snowdrift Crabapples. We add Mosaic and Liberty hops, wet and dry hopping to extract as much flavor as possible. Citrus forward and medium bodied with aromas of tropical fruit and a slightly bitter finish. Our tag line for this one is “If you like IPA then this is your cider, if you don’t like IPA then this is still your cider.

Whiskey Business: Wood Aged - ABV: 8.5%                                                                       

               We have taken our Barrel Aged Cider of Pink Lady, Snowdrift Crab and Porters Perfection and moved this cider into Woodinville Whiskey Barrels for an additional 4 months, picking up what is known as the “Devils Cut”. This additional aging in Whiskey Barrels bring all those flavors that you would expect without being too overpowering.

Let’s Go Bourbon: Wood Aged - ABV: 8.5%                                 

A Union of Porter's Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Pink Lady Apples aged in bourbon port barrels. “A complex cider with deep roots that would make any Kentucky bourbon lover a new cider enthusiast.  This blend is bold and spicy with a full body.  Let it roll around in your mouth to get all that this blend can offer. It will be a favorite to all bourbon aficionados and a surprise to those who would never pick a bourbon.”

Red Heart: Single Varietal - ABV: 8.0 %                                                                                      

100% red flesh apples aged for two years to perfection. Decadent and beautifully colored with notes of Strawberry and rhubarb. Tart and refreshing. Reminiscent of watermelon jolly ranchers. I perfect apple for blending or drinking on its own.

Porter’s Perfection:  Single Varietal - ABV: 8.0 %                                                                           

100% Porter’s Perfection apples harvest year 2020 sweetened with Porter’s Perfection fresh apple juice. This Cider is bold tannic and for lack of a better phrase “a kick in the teeth” but in a good way. Bursting with flavor and astringency, this is a cider for those looking for something more than a sweet treat. This old English cider varietal has delighted cider makers and drinkers for centuries.

Cascade:  Hopped - ABV: 8.0 %           

 A Union of Porter’s Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Red & Golden Delicious Apples hopped with Cascade & Nugget Hops. We have carefully combined our estate grown Wenatchee Apples and Cascade & Nugget Hops to capture the flavor of the Pacific North West, the place that we call home."

Barrel AgedBarrel Aged - ABV: 7.6 %                                                                                      

                 Our Original Barrel Aged is a blend of Porter’s Perfection, Snowdrift Crab, and Pink Lady Apples aged in used red wine oak barrels for a minimum of 8 months. This was our first Barrel Aged blend that is has notes of vanilla and toasted apple with a buttery finish. Each batch will vary slightly which makes each run unique but familiar with the hint of oak and red wine that you get from the aging process.

Cosmic RoséRosé - ABV: 7.5 %                                                                              

A Union of Cosmic and Red Flesh Apples grown in the arid region of the Columbia Valley. Intense flavors matured in the harsh arid climate of central Washington. This 50/50 blend is a beautiful rose color all from the red flesh apples and has a sweet crisp mouth feel with berry notes.

 

Wenatchee: Modern - ABV: 6.3%                                               

A union of Snowdrift Crab, Red & Golden Delicious, MN55 (Honeycrisp + MonArk), and Pink Lady Apples. This Cider is an ode to the beautiful place we call home, Wenatchee "Apple Capital of the World". It is here where our story began and where we are farming and fermenting these apples today. This cider is very sessionable, light bodied and reminiscent of an apple champagne with notes of apricot and candied apples.

Red Hot Cider PeppersLimited Release - 8.0% ABV

Union of Cosmic and Red Heart Apples topped with freshly juiced Ginger, Jalapeño, and Habanero peppers. Sweet and spicey on the nose. A bold complex first sip that finishes with lingering spicey bite that leaves you thirsting for more.

Liquid Limber: Hopped - ABV: 7.8 %                 

The apple varieties are Pink Lady, Dabbinett, and Snowdrift Crab.

“The first word that comes to my mind is juicy. Grapefruit and Galena hops greet the nose, promising a plethora of flavor. The first sip is as mentioned before juicy, like a fruit roll up but less fake. Then the tropical and slightly piny hops show themselves. In the finish you find salt and citrus zest rounding out the profile, urging you to take your next drink. This is a cider that we came up with at the ski lodge to go with any winter time activity… except probably snowmobiling.  Complex and always leaving you guessing as to where the flavor will go next.

SurLie: Wood Aged - ABV: 7.6 %                                                                     

               One of our most popular seasonal products. The Sur Lie series has been labeled in the past as a limited release but now has its own brand new label. We follow the same process of barrel fermentation and aging on the lees (yeast). This year’s blend is 100% cider fruit with 20-05 “Red Heart”, Frequin Rouge and Yarlington Mill apples. The cider presents a honeydew melon aroma when poured with undertones of clover honey. A tart shock on the tongue quickly falls away to a crisp apple with a slightly sweet tannic finish.

Golden Russet:  Single Varietal - ABV: 7.8 %                                                                      

               Not to be confused with the potato, golden russet is an heirloom cultivar dating back to the early 1800s. We wanted to showcase the flavors of this apple on its own. Crisp with smooth tannins building up the structure. This cider is a pleasure to drink with notes of  melon and green apple. While not as bold as some of our single varietals, its more subtle flavor makes for an easy drinker.
